History
Molitaris Cooling and Heating, founded in 1982, is a family owned full service heating and air conditioning company. Molitaris Cooling and Heating has been with the Bryant label for many years and has been a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer since 2003. We employ some of the BEST people in the HVAC industry who are highly trained, educated and well skilled in all makes and models of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. We provide respectful, dependable, honest and reliable customer service for any job, no matter how large or small, and our pricing is competitive and fair with no hidden or surprise costs. Molitaris Cooling and Heating takes the family approach to business by having the owner conduct all of our free estimates, not an aggressive sales person. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.

With the Keystone HELP® (Home Energy Loan Program), most Pennsylvania homeowners who meet the program's eligibility guidelines can get a low cost loan for ENERGY STAR® rated and high efficiency heating, air conditioning, air sealing, insulation, windows, doors, geothermal and “whole house” improvements using Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®.
